The whole place was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful. It had absolutely perfect and magnificent location, adjacent to restaurant and the aquarium, grouse mountain, light house park, the Quay and coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping.

Appreciated the fact that I chose this ideal and absolutely fantastic hotel. I had comfortable modern, terrific room complete with a harbour view, a comfortable bed and stunning views. Everyone was efficient and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, by the harbour.

Had good sleep at the a double room on upper floors. It was in the best possible location with Lonsdale Quay Market nearby.

All of the staff were very-very nice, excellent. The room was nicely furnished, individual for a harbour view.

The hotel was spotless and gorgeous, had great views of the ocean. We were moved to a king studio and had a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a sitting area. Loved every minute of being there, would definitely recommend.

Quiet and best possible location, 10 minutes' walk to Lower Lonsdale. And close enough to Quay and downtown Vancouver. Nicely furnished and well-appointed units with balcony. A mini fridge bar, a microwave oven and a personal safe available.

Overall clean hotel, incredible breakfast, the location is absolutely perfect close to Polygon Gallery and Lonsdale Quay, and a cruise ship. The personnel is reasonably good and helpful. Rooms are well furnished and well-appointed with a balcony, lovely views, a comfortable bed, food is outstanding.

Everything there was wonderful and the staff were extremely great and friendly. Its location at a medium distance from Lower Lonsdale was marvellous. Moreover, it's just off the North Shore and a market. The lobby restaurant served a wide array of nice food. My stay here was fantastic.

Coffee/tea making machines, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room and the comfortable bed. Professional staff throughout.

Our room had a beautiful view and modern design with great amenities. Loved the large pool and gym. Convenient location with plenty of nearby dining options. Despite a few minor issues with the bathtub and sink, overall a fantastic stay and would recommend.
